History of versions:

0.8b - version for beta-testing was released

0.9b - optimized verison (up to 20 times faster than previous verison)

Filter is used for restoring of faded colors in old video or old photos.
This type of artifact is very common for digitezed old film, or for video that was captured at incorrect light conditions.
