• MSU Video Quality Measurement Tool
  This program allows you to use different metrics for comparison (common - PSNR, Delta, VQM, SSIM and our own metrics for measure bluring and blocking). There are different ways for representing results: CVS-log file, video file with metric visualization. Also you could compare two (original, processed) or three (original, and two other processed by different codecs, for example) files.
• MSU Perceptual Video Quality tool
  This is a program for subjective video quality evaluation. You can make two types of subjective video video comparisons and apply different ways of analysis of expert's opinion, including estimation of expert's reliability. Results are saved in CSV-log file

Public MSU video filters Here are available VirtualDub and AviSynth filters. For a given type of digital video filtration we typically develop a family of different algorithms and implementations. Generally there are also versions optimized for PC and hardware implementations (ASIC/FPGA/DSP). These optimized versions can be licensed to companies.
